I was a landman; a carpentar; a bartender; a lawyer; a husband a couple of times; a father -- my highest calling to date; I still write some; wrote songs for Taylor Kitchings' Clean Break album back in the day (1970?); traveled; sailed; lived in Atlanta; Oxford, MS; and the DFW Metroplex --- College Yes. Ole Miss, Emory, Millsaps. BA English. Ole Miss Law JD 1982 Major accomplishments/events since high school Father. Sailor. Runner. Artist (kinda--wannabee, anyway) Acknowledgement of Spirit is in all things. Recognition of how good this life is and reevaluation of what really matters. Making some new friends (other than my children). Hobbies/personal interests Reading, travel, drawing. Painting -- did furniture for awhile, then started drawing and painting on paper and canvas -- watercolor and acrylic -- Gardening; mucking around with boats. Unfulfilled dream Hmmmm . . . . Other Comments Really feel fortunate to be part of the Class of 1969 and to have experienced Murrah (and Bailey and even Boyd) --- don't know what the answer is to public schooling now --- I think of our class as starting in the 7th grade -- 1963 through 1969 -- what a time!
